Melany solves IT problems with a smile. Being fluent in Dutch, Spanish and English, she has become one of the main contacts of our international portfolio. Melany is a fast learner and even picked up French courses to serve our Parisian clients in their native language. On top of that, Melany has managed several projects improving our client experience. She’s definitely one of our best helpdesk warriors.

Lena keeps our admin on spot. Because we are a fast-growing company, we were in desperate need of someone with financial and admin skills. And Lena is the right woman in the right place. Accurate, focused, and precise.

Fouad loves figuring out how things work and making them work better. As a technical engineer at Utilis, he handles everything from Microsoft 365 and networks to scripting and AI, always looking for the simplest, smartest fix. He's also working on his PhD, so curiosity is part of the job description. If a task can be automated, Fouad has probably already written the script.
